I really enjoyed working with Ryan in our search for property and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for real estate. He worked very hard to find and help secure our property. He is very knowledgeable about the process and walked us through the steps of buying the property.

The above were not important to me because I've worked with Ryan multiple times in the past. I ALWAYS know he'll do right by me no matter what. I would recommend him over and over and would NEVER choose to work with anyone else. He is beyond trust worthy and I trust him to always treat myself or others like you are his only buyer or seller. To start, this is the 3rd time that we have used Ryan Bird to either buy or sell a property which pretty much speaks for itself. After our first home purchase with Ryan Bird, we looked nowhere else for the purchase of our second lake home. Friendly communication and experience are beyond expectations! Ryan excels in both of these categories and look forward to partnering with him in any future purchases.

After being unsatisfied with our first referral from the relocation company, neither us nor the relocation company were satisfied with the realtor assigned to us. The relocation company asked for someone else and we were assigned to Ryan. He really expedited the process and felt we recovered some of the time previously wasted. Miraculously we got our house on the first bid because of Ryan's strategy when he wrote our offer. This happened in a market where people have been putting several offers and still not getting any accepted. He was the determining factor. He was able to secure inspections and was responding to all requests from our bank and title company. We trust him to get the job done in a reasonable time.

Having worked with Ryan on multiple sales and purchases during the past 7 years, knowing he has the knowledge and wherewithal to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients makes him a trusted and valuable realtor.
